Replenishment Modernization Dashboard

The Replenishment Modernization initiative involved a great deal of time and effort into the Replenishment HQ product, where we created robust functionality, including: Event-Driven Fulfillment, Plan Analysis and Dynamic Distribution.

Context
Identify and provide important data points to users that can be controlled by associates at leadership levels and individual contributors.

Design goal
A one-stop shop of critical information, with regards to replenishment insights.

User base
Multiple cohorts of users were identified for interviews, as part of the product discovery. The goal was to undersatnd what are the needs of each user base.
